Use only in systems whose manufacturer documentation identifies R407C as the required refrigerant. R407C must never be mixed with another refrigerant or used as a drop-in substitute without manufacturer approval.

01 Delivery & Tracking Carrier, processing and estimated arrival
- Eligible orders are shipped free of charge via FedEx.
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after shipment.
- Each shipment includes a FedEx tracking number for status updates.
02 Shipping Area Where Refrivanta currently delivers
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or military addresses.
We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.
03 Shipping Insurance Optional protection available at checkout
Optional shipping insurance may be added at checkout. When offered, the insurance fee is calculated at 3% of the product price. Customers may choose whether to add this service before completing payment.
04 14-Day Return Policy Return window and general conditions
Refrivanta accepts eligible return requests made within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be authorized before an item is shipped back.
Returned products are inspected before approval. Items that do not meet the eligibility conditions may be refused or may not qualify for a full refund.
05 Return Eligibility Conditions an item must meet
To qualify for a return, all applicable conditions must be met:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
- All original labels, seals, accessories and documentation are included.
- A valid order number or other proof of purchase is provided.
- The item is securely packaged for its approved return shipment.
- The product is not clearance, final-sale, customized or special-order, unless it arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
06 How to Start a Return Contact, approval and return instructions
Contact our customer-care team with your order number, the item you wish to return and a brief explanation. Photos or video may be requested for damaged or incorrect items.
07 Refunds & Replacements Inspection, payment and damaged orders
After the return is received, its condition will be inspected. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
- Approved refunds cover the eligible product purchase price.
- Eligible standard shipping charges paid at checkout are included.
- Express or expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are made in the same currency and payment method used for purchase.
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us immediately. After verification, we may arrange a replacement or issue an eligible refund at no additional cost.
08 Exceptions & Additional Notes Items and situations not covered
The following items or situations are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged through misuse, mishandling, improper storage or incorrect installation.
- Opened, used, discharged, partially used or tampered refrigerant cylinders.
- Customized, special-order, clearance or final-sale items.
- Items returned after the 14-day return-request window.
- Products missing original packaging, seals, labels, accessories or documentation.
- Unauthorized returns or products shipped contrary to the provided transport instructions.
Refrivanta reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with this policy or with applicable safety and transport requirements.

01 Is this R407C refrigerant factory sealed?
Yes. This R407C refrigerant is supplied in a factory-sealed service cylinder. The original seal should remain intact until the cylinder is opened by a trained technician for approved service use.
02 How do I know if R407C is compatible with my system?
Check the equipment nameplate, service manual and manufacturer specifications. Use R407C only when the equipment is specifically identified for R407C, or when a qualified technician confirms the system is properly approved for R407C retrofit use.
03 Do I need EPA certification to purchase R407C?
R407C for stationary air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment is subject to EPA Section 608 sales restrictions. Eligible buyers generally include Section 608-certified technicians, businesses that employ a properly certified technician, and qualified resellers.
Refrivanta may request certification, employer authorization or resale documentation before processing an order.
04 Is R407C the same as R22 or a direct drop-in replacement?
No. R407C is an HFC blend, not R22, and it should not be treated as an automatic direct drop-in replacement. Some systems may use R407C only after a proper retrofit evaluation and approved service procedure.
Oil type, metering device, charge amount, system labels, leak condition and manufacturer guidance should all be checked by a qualified technician before using R407C in retrofit service.
05 How quickly will my R407C order ship?
Orders are normally processed within one business day. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 2–5 business days after carrier pickup. Weekend and public-holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
Multiple cylinders may ship separately. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier routing, weather, hazardous-material requirements and address restrictions.
06 Why does the shipping label show a different weight?
A carrier label may display estimated, preset, dimensional or billing weight. This can differ from the product’s 25 lb / 11.3 kg refrigerant net weight because the cylinder and shipping packaging add weight.
If you have a concern after delivery, keep the cylinder unopened and contact us with your order number and clear photos of the cylinder and shipping label.
07 How should I store and handle an R407C cylinder?
Follow the cylinder label and current safety data sheet. Keep the cylinder upright, secured and in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and ignition sources.
R407C is pressurized and can create serious exposure hazards. Handling and system service should be performed by a trained, appropriately certified technician using suitable tools and personal protective equipment. Never intentionally vent refrigerant.
08 What should I do if the cylinder is damaged, leaking or missing?
Do not connect, use or attempt to repair a cylinder that appears damaged, punctured or leaking. Keep people away, avoid heat and ignition sources, and contact local emergency services if there is an immediate hazard.
For visible shipping damage, contact Refrivanta when safe with your order number and clear photos. If tracking shows delivered but the shipment is missing, check the delivery photo, entrances, garage, front desk, mailroom and nearby properties before contacting us.
